If we could rename this, we would
Calavera Oscura, an easy drinking 5% ABV black kölsch. Similar to a non-existent style found in southern Texas, we brewed Calavera Oscura with marris otter, Munich and chocolate malts, and fermented with a traditional kölsch yeast resulting in a light, roasty, and refreshing take on a beer had through our travels.
