Aperol Spritz Seltzer
Quite possibly the most thirst quenching, refreshing – and to our knowledge – the first Aperol Spritz inspired hard seltzer. To achieve this Italian summertime classic we fermented organic cane sugar with a yeast that produces esters similar to what you would find in prosecco. The subtle fruity expressiveness of the yeast along with the orange citrus and floral additions during fermentation produce a really light and tasty 5% ABV crusher!
